For the family-owned business, we have successfully recruited non-family executives to bring operational improvements and a strategic approach to take our clients' companies to the next level. For these roles, which have included CEO, COO, VP Sales & Marketing, we seek people who will take an evolutionary rather than a revolutionary approach to evolving the companies. With this mindset, the new executive takes the time to understand and appreciate the foundation that has been established by the family and then builds on that foundation.
Our firm also offers two unique services, on-boarding and retention, provided at no additional fee to demonstrate our long-term close collaborative partnership with our clients. Each executive we place receives six-months of on-boarding coaching from a Sage-sponsored executive coach. The coach guides the candidate through the initial stages of integrating into the new corporate culture and obtaining buy-in from the new team so that the candidate can reach their highest potential on an accelerated basis and returns at the end of the first year for additional sessions to ensure retention.
